Handmade by a good friend of mine, Hannah, from Sage and Grace, creates a gorgeous range of home fragrance products inspired by aromatherapy and wellbeing. Brought about by the realisation that the majority of candles are made up of toxic artificial chemicals and ingredients.

Using high quality, vegan and 100% all-natural raw materials she blends the scents herself using pure essential oils.
