Plant Care
Botanical name - Ceropegia woodii
Origin - South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe
What's not to love about this little sweetheart - I means she grows a string of heart shaped leaves!
Bright indirect Light
I like to be in a bright sunny spot but no harsh midday rays otherwise I can burn. Please try and keep me consistently warm so avoid places with cold drafts or near radiators in winter.
Infrequent watering
Keep me on the dry side of life please. Allow my soil to completely dry out between waterings. Picking me up can be a good indication of how much moisture is left in my soil. In winter reduce my watering down to an absolute minimum.
Care Tips
If I'm looking a little leggy go ahead and prune me. Cut off any spindly bits just like you would your own hair. If these are long enough can be planted directly in soil to propagate, best time to do this is spring, and I will root creating a mini clone of myself.
If in a good spot with moderate light and watering as mentioned above I may reward you with little pink/purple flowers in growing season.
