COVID-19 Information

I firstly want to say what a crazy year it's been and a huge thank you to the people who have been supporting Twig during this. And support doesn't necessarily mean sales (although it's always nice) just a kind word or a share of our instagram posts/stories helps so much. It's a tough time for everyone so we are very thankful. 

Update - 1/11/20

So in light of the new government announcement here are a few changes to Twig over the coming month:

• FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £50. UK pot delivery is normal but it might take a little longer than expected so be sure to order in plenty of time if it is a gift. 

• CLICK AND COLLECT will be available from my shop in the Makers Market of the Tobacco Factory every Saturday between 9am - 12:30pm. Just select 'local pickup' at checkout. 

• Bristol plant and pot deliveries will be every Tuesday between 9am - 2pm.

Delivery 

I want to assure you that mine and my customer safety and health is my top priority during these times. I am taking every precaution possible as stated by the current NHS and government guidelines. All orders are paid for online and delivery is completely contactless. 

Online pot orders delivered to the UK may have delays so please leave up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. There will also be no 'sign for' option to respect social distancing.  

For Bristol deliveries, as I am a one-woman-business, I am limiting my time out of my house to deliver to only one day a week.
