The cotton cord used to make this pot has been carefully hand dyed with madder root and speckled with marigold flower petals. As proof of its organic nature, the colour may change slightly with time.

The multicoloured pink and mustard hue created has been extracted from the madder root and marigold petals then fixed onto the fibres with a non-toxic fixative.
